Now more than ever, it’s hard to stay accountable to ourselves and make the time to practice self care. Between our jobs, family, and other obligations, most of us struggle to carve out time for ourselves. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.
In this live, virtual, self care class, we’ll work together to help you make your emotional and spiritual health a priority. Designed to give you a strong foundation for whatever life brings, all you need is half an hour and an open mind to transform your week.
Each class is 30 minutes and every class is unique. You won’t be seen or heard (unless you volunteer) but can participate freely in the chat. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, loving, and positive community where we can all grow together as our best selves.
