In this monthly, 90-minute strategy session, Danika will guide you through the practice of filling in a weekly self-care checklist. During this process, you’ll evaluate the month ahead, align with your intentions, set up systems for accountability and consistency, and do a deeper, more holistic dive into the big picture you have for your life.
Sunday Self-Care Strategy Sessions will be held at the end of each month and will help you set intentions and gain clarity on what you’d like to focus on in the new month ahead.
