Jen’s Shift Into Alignment class is designed to calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your authentic self.
Using the practice of EFT tapping, we’ll relax the body and mind, as well as clear any stuck energy or thought patterns that are no longer serving us.
When we calm the nervous system with tapping, we become more aligned with our authentic selves. From this place, we can receive inspiration and clarity from our intuition, as well as become open to creative solutions to problems.
By the end of class, you can expect to feel a major shift in your energy and will head into the rest of your day feeling more grounded and in flow with life.
