Mindful Motivation class is built to set you up for a productive, inspired, and intentional week. We’ll work together to get clear on the highest versions of ourselves, and go through exercises to help align with that identity.
Organize your to-dos in a way that provides clarity and reduces overwhelm, work through practices to help you better embody the state of being that you desire, and set your mind up to handle whatever comes your way this week.
We’ll have a fun dose of motivation to get you excited for the week, as well, and focus on some tactical tools to stay accountable to your intentions as the week goes on.
Heather Whitaker a manifestation coach for To Be Magnetic while also working as a Sr Strategic Client consultant for a mindful eating tech company. She started her journey with selfcare in 2017 after a rock bottom and took the opportunity to rebuild her life by getting to know herself. She helps clients to see their vital needs and make sure they are being met by themselves and those around them. By doing so, you can show up authentically and feel deserving of all that you want.
