Our body and our feelings are our greatest source of wisdom and directly, yet it’s incredibly common as humans to numb out and reach for things to distract us from our internal world. This class helps us to come back to our body as our greatest guide, and to look more deeply at why we choose the things we do to numb out, and how we can exist more powerfully within ourselves.
