Habit stacking is a way of adding new practices into your life alongside a habit that you currently do to make the addition feel easier to integrate. We explore ways to weave self-care practices into the activities that we are already doing to take care of our space. This class also provides time + space to explore where our home may be asking for a little more attention and what we have the capacity to take action around. Lastly, we tap into the older, wiser version of ourselves for advice we can give ourselves for the last few weeks of the year. We breathe out anything that doesn’t serve us and breathe in the possibility of internal peace.
