In this class we take time to reflect on today’s experiences and use them to gain clarity and craft a better tomorrow. We hold space for some journaling then reflect on some of the key moments today and how we reacted, as well as how we might move forward more intentionally the next time. We look at our key lessons and takeaways, some areas we’d like to expand, and wrap up with some self love to celebrate all we are.
