When we don’t unpack the baggage left over from trauma, we feel insecure, we compare ourselves and our growth to others, we can begin to feel paranoid, experience emotional instability and even experience commitment issues. Unpacking your emotional baggage can leave you feeling lighter (literally) and worthy of what you deserve! It’s time to leave some of what is holding you back behind.
