In a world where we’ve been taught that we can’t trust ourselves and our answers, coming back to that trust and knowledge can feel like rebellion. In today’s class we hold space for what’s going on within us. We look neutrally at what’s going on in our heads today, then we use prompts to write the ultimate affirmation. We do an exercise to remind ourselves of why we put the effort into caring for ourselves (and can keep this for days we’re less motivated), and we close out class with an acrostic reminder of how we desire to show up in life.
