This class is all about identifying the many tiny daily habits that lead to your healthiest self. We’ll do a brain dump of all the habits we know might serve us if we had the opportunity to get them all in. We’ll encourage ourselves for what we already do and get clear on the few that we might want to integrate that will really serve us. Finally, we paint a vivid vision of what it looks like for us to live a day with this type of intentionality around our habits and craft a story we can listen to over and over to remind ourselves of how we wish to show up.
