Spiritual self-care may look different for each person because your relationship with a higher power is subjective and respected. This type of self-care is not reserved for only religious folks or only super spiritual folks. We can all benefit from this type of self-care. I find that as a whole, society does not encourage this type of self-care because it feels off limits while, “unspoken” in terms of the HOW. This type of self-care is about introspection. It helps you figure out what your desires are. My motto is always, you deserve what you desire. So, let’s practice some spiritual self-care in today’s class.
