In today’s class we flex our muscles by learning how to use our struggles, challenges, and obstacles to expand ourselves instead of to defeat us. We take time to drop in and to start with some celebration and gratitude before we dig into our reflective work. We then look at some current struggles and how we might support ourselves better. Lastly, we reflect on something challenging we’ve been through, how we felt, what it taught us, and what we might share with someone else navigating something similar. You’re sure to leave this class feeling proud of yourself and reminded that no matter what life throws your way, you have the strength to move through it and come out the other side.
