Rather than sweeping our frustrations under the rug, we learn to make space for all the coexisting experiences going on within us. After identifying our frustrations, we use our SCS superpowers to see the ways in which these frustrations can be turned into positives. We then give ourselves the gift of being seen instead of waiting for someone else to acknowledge all we are. Lastly, we use one of my favorite planning and intentionality tools to narrow down our number one priorities for tomorrow in each of our main life categories.
