Holidays and time with family can be energetically draining no matter how much you love them. Energetic output requires energetic recharge. This class is designed to support moving out any stagnant energy that is ready to be released from a painful experience. We will use a journaling tool called the Pennebaker Paradigm coupled with connections, breathing, stretching to move into a more positive state of being.
