In this Shift Into Alignment class, we work on identifying and releasing the patterns of anxiety. Maybe for you there are common thought patterns, emotional patterns, or even physical sensations that often come up when you’re anxious. The act of simply bringing awareness to these patterns will help us begin releasing them. Through a journal prompt and powerful EFT Tapping meditation, you’ll begin moving through these anxious patterns and will leave feeling calm, grounded and present.
