Taylor Gordon is a certified holistic health and wellness coach and a 200hr registered Yoga teacher & she specializes in the brain body connection. Through her own battle with chronic/invisible illness she has come to know that rebuilding trust within is the catalyst for healing; creating the space to hear the messages that your body has for you allows you to make conscious decisions for your beautiful being that are in line with the life you truly see possible.
