In today’s class we practice exercises that help us get closer to our most authentic self. Who we are and who we wish to be in this lifetime. We highlight this week’s moments of joy and honor the lessons learned that we can move forward with. We gift ourself space by looking at one lingering task or to-do that we’d love to complete and how we can do that lovingly. Then, we remind ourselves of where we’re going through a brief future biography exercise, and we wrap up our class with a play and creativity exercise to further identify what makes us us.
