What better way to start a new week than focusing on what truly matters. In my final Monday class before I head off for maternity leave, we set that stage for a week filled with what’s meaningful to us. We gain clarity on what that is then we practice gratitude for what we desire, calling it in as if it has already occurred. We flip the script on any negative dialogue or tracks and turn them into useful and positive affirmations, and we finalize our manifestation for what matters with a future journal entry putting energy towards how we hope the week will go.
