This Shift Into Alignment class with guest guide Amy C. Willis is designed to calm your nervous system and reconnect you with your authentic self. For me, alignment is about our outer worlds and realities generally and consistently serving as a mirror or reflection to our internal wants, needs, desires, emotions and beliefs. With this, today’s class will be focused on how we can create our morning routines that set ourselves up for alignment throughout the day. This class will prompt you to deeply connect with your most authentic self to design your mornings with you and your needs in mind. Starting your morning intentionally and in alignment ripples out and positively impacts the rest of your day which is why being intentional with this time is so vital.
