This class begins with some reflection to give us the opportunity to step back from our day and gain clarity on some of the life lessons learned. We then look at where we are desiring more motivation, then dig deeper into these desires to better understand our why and what it gifts us to move towards these things. Lastly, we craft a plan for the most intentional tomorrow, so we can wake up and show up for ourselves and others in the most gentle ways.
