This class begins with some light stretching to open up our physical bodies and a simple breathing exercise to calm the nervous system. Next we free flow write, uncensored, our top 20 life goals. To make those goals feel more achievable, we will commit to three small action steps that support moving in the direction of our dreams. Lastly, we seal in our most valuable goal with a short visualization activating all 5 senses.
