As we wrap up the first week of a new year (or wrap up any day, week, or other time frame), it’s important to reflect with love and gentleness, and to give ourselves permission to let things be good enough. In this class we take time to do just that, especially in the context of a new year. We reflect and celebrate, then give ourselves the space to be imperfect. We also look at how we might meet our needs in a self loving way in the weekend ahead.
