Inspired by Adrienne Maree Brown’s quote about all the beautiful little things in life that she loves, we go on a quest to identify what those are for us and to take them from idea into action. We start with some reflective journaling to hold space for our week, then we flow into our work around what it is we love and how we might integrate that more into our life with some to-dos. We end with a reminder of the things in this life we find gratitude in, and we walk away from class with a vibration of joy as we look at all around us and ahead of us.
