In this Shift Into Alignment class, we reflect on what feels good vs what just feels familiar. So often we get used to feeling, thinking or behaving in certain ways, and although it doesn’t actually feel good, it feels familiar and therefore comfortable. This class will take you through a powerful journaling exercise and EFT Tapping practice to support you in disrupting those familiar patterns and giving yourself permission to feel good.
