This class helps us to come back to our own unique definition of happiness and get tactical about how we might incorporate more of it into our life. We start with gratitude to flip our worldview to that of appreciation then answer a few reflection prompts to make space for understanding and interpreting the days or week ahead. We get clear on what we want more and less of as well as what we can do to create more happiness in our life right now, and we craft a vision statement of what it would feel like for all of this to be our reality.
