In this class we weave together a variety of activities to align with the most authentic version of ourselves. We start with some mindfulness practices to exist more fully in our body in the present, and to call in self-love for all that we are. We acknowledge some of the limiting dialogue in our minds and turn it around to serve us more positively. We wrap up class with a manifestation and gratitude practice to call in what we deserve.
