This Shift Into Alignment class will guide you in exploring and releasing self-judgment. So often we judge ourselves for how we’re feeling and believe that we shouldn’t be feeling certain emotions. This not only makes us feel bad about ourselves, but prevents us from being able to fully process and release these emotions. Through a prompt and EFT Tapping meditation, this class will help the judgemental aspect of self to step aside, and allow you to feel and process your emotions.
