Class begins with a box breathing exercise where we create a bit of tension in the body. We flow into a series of questions and stem sentences which allow us to explore the areas of our life where we may be controlling, or gripping tightly, not allowing space for flow, joy and feeling our emotions. We close class with examining our needs and calling in exactly what we desire.
