Self-compassion consists of 3 things: self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness. Today I want to walk you through some exercises to dive deeper into all 3, so you’re walking away from this class with more self-compassion. We’re going to work backwards, though, and start with mindfulness, then common humanity, and end with sef-kindness.
