This class is all about what we as individuals can do to create more joy and our own personal happiness. We start with a brain dump to realign and let out some of the thoughts we have going on to start a day. We shift our perspective to one of gratitude and celebrate what went right this week and where we did a good job. We do a bit of intentional work identifying what we want to wrap up today and then flow into visualizing what true happiness looks and feels like, uniquely for us.
