We know the Moon’s gravitational pull causes predictable rises and falls in sea levels. And with our bodies being primarily made up of water, it makes sense that we can also benefit from the phases of the Moon. People often find when they align their energies with the specific energies of the Moon, they feel some type of way. Tuning into nature and the environment around us has been shown to help us understand ourselves on a deeper level. This is why many people engage in monthly “full Moon rituals” to get in alignment with the cycles of nature in order to gain perspective and do some inner nurturing — here we are for this class with guest guide Lisa Desberg.
Lisa loves teaching & advising high schoolers and has for 20 years; she’s currently branching out into the world of leading self-care and self-love classes for adults and small group coaching for teens. She enjoys joyful movement, hot baths, cappuccino, and sitting by the fire. Lisa has a bachelors in education, a masters in leadership and is continuing her life-long learning in many different areas — yoga, reiki, mindfulness and life coaching. She resides in Massachusetts with her beau, her daughter, her dog and her bees.
