We’ll ground in the moment through breathwork and some presence affirmations before we dive into some reflection prompts focusing on giving attention to your day and all it brought to the surface. We’ll tap into our wisest self through an introspective process of question and answer, then wrap up class by making a short plan for how we might transition to tomorrow in the most mindful way available to us.
