In this Shift Into Alignment class, we explore what it’s like to call in a feeling rather than a specific outcome. Often we may get stuck on the what, when and how of our desires, or perhaps we don’t have clarity on those details which brings us anxiety. An alternative approach is to focus on the feeling, which will ultimately guide you toward your most aligned life. This class will guide you through a feelings-based vision exercise, as well as an EFT Tapping meditation to release attachment to the outcome and call in your desires based on how you want to feel.
