If you want to meet the best version of yourself, learn how to be brave. To be brave means doing the THING even when it’s scary. It means saying the THING even when it is scary. To navigate life with courage takes your active participation. Fear can be paralyzing and does not allow you to live fully out loud. Moving forward even if you are scared is the only way through. As a part of radical self-care, you must be willing to face yourself even in the shadows. Growth occurs outside of your comfort zone. Be brave and do the inner work so you can freely enjoy the fruits of all your emotional labor.
