This feel good class is meant to get you motivated and inspired for a new week. We shift our energy through some gratitude to start then we move into some journaling prompts to evoke clarity for how we wish to show up this week. Our class theme is all about ALLOWING (vs achieving or earning) so we do some work to invite in what we desire with ease. We end class with some creativity and motivation through the ABC’s of Monday Motivation. You’re sure to leave this class buzzing with excitement for a new week ahead.
