In this class, led by Guest Guide Maggie Saunders, we take a closer look at our inner wisdom. We ground through breathwork, journal on where we are seeking guidance, visualize how we show up for others, and use that energy to activate our own inner wisdom.
Maggie Saunders is a Self Reclamation Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist; she helps people build forgiving and secure relationships with themselves through taking. Maggie believes we all heal in community and is dedicated to creating spaces on and offline that welcome people just as they are.
