This Unwind & Release class helps to remind us of the importance of our own solid foundation if we want to show up for others. We’ll drop in to release and relax, create space through a journaling exercise, then we’ll remind ourselves of what our unique solid foundation is built with. From there, we’ll write some affirmations to set us up for an intentional tomorrow, and we’ll clarify a few things we can do this evening to nourish ourselves for a peaceful evening and a beautiful tomorrow.
