If you’re looking to start the week off feeling aligned, organized, and intentional, this is the class for you. Inspired by author Greg Mckeown’s book Essentialism, we’ll use this class to organize our day and our to-dos with mindfulness and intention. The ability to go into a new day or week with a plan can mean the difference between a stressful chaotic start and an aligned one. We’ll look at what’s essential to us in general then narrow down what matters most today. From there we’ll outline our ideal day if we were to keep these things in mind and move through with intention. Lastly we’ll outline our week based on how we want to feel and how we can get ourselves there.
