Our consistent daily practices make up a great day, and a great life is just many great days strung together. In this class we’ll clear space for inviting in clarity around where we hope this week will take us. We’ll shift to an energy of gratitude via manifestation of what we wish to call in. We’ll write the affirmations we most need to hear based on the negative or limiting beliefs we’ve been replaying for ourselves. Then, we’ll commit intentionally to three small acts of self-care today and schedule them. Lastly, we’ll jump a week in the future to reflect on all the week’s brought for us and everything we hope to create and experience.
