Class has started.
Danika’s Wednesday Evening Wind Down class is designed to be a sacred space where you can come and let go of all the stresses of the week. It’s the perfect way to find a sense of calm and clarity mid-week, to come back to your body, recalibrate, and reaffirm your intentions.
This class will be focused on easing anxiety, de-stressing, and finding an overall sense of intention and calm, to set you up for an amazing end to the week.
