In this workshop, we’ll reflect on how we’ve felt at work in the past, how we feel at work now, and how we want to feel in the future. We’ll focus on practical and repeatable exercises to help us reframe stress and worry at work to create more space, calm and gratitude in our daily lives.
Class Guide: Katie Goodling
Katie is the Director of Social Media at a digital marketing agency. A few years ago, Katie was burnt out with high levels of anxiety and stress. She questioned her self-worth, had very little confidence and found herself in a constant state of overwhelm. She discovered self-care and burnout management classes, books, and tactics which helped her start a journey of healing, confidence-building and mindfulness at work. She’s now passionate about sharing her experience and expertise to help others feel good at work. She has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in marketing. She’s also an avid reader, loves walking outside, enjoys live music and spending time with her husband and dog, Mozzie.
