Class Guide: Lisa Desberg

Lisa loves teaching teens and has for 19 years; she’s currently branching out into the world of leading self care and self love classes as well. She also enjoys cycle and barre, water and champagne, smoothie bowls and filet mignon, and the list goes on and on! Lisa has a bachelors in education, a masters in leadership and is continuing her life-long learning in many different areas — yoga, reiki, mindfulness and life coaching. She resides in Massachusetts with her beau, her daughter, her dog and her bees.
