In this Shift Into Alignment class, we dive into the idea of harmony vs. balance. So often we put pressure on ourselves to be perfectly balanced, but the reality is that life goes through different seasons. We go through ebbs and flows and periods where we are more focused on one area over another – and that’s ok! In this class, instead of asking ourselves, “is my life balanced?” we ask “does my life feel in harmony?”. Harmony allows space for all of the ebbs and flows and for the various seasons of life.
